An Indian reality television program called Bigg Boss is a replica of the Dutch program "Big Brother." It follows competitors, often referred to as housemates, as they share a specially built home that is cut off from the outside world. Housemates put their friends up for eviction each week, and the person who receives the most votes goes up for public voting. With the fewest public votes, the housemate is removed.
